Born in Belgium and living in London, Karlien De Mot creates sophisticated and imaginative installations, combining serious subject matter with absurdity and humor. Her artistic process of extensive research and lots of experimentation is closely related to the skills she developed during her science degree. Karlien is currently a second year BA Fine Arts student at the Art Academy London.
